The course is in a small park in Cabot, AR. Tee signs and concrete tee pads are in excellent condition. The grass was cut short and well maintained. Very easy course with average length around 240 feet. Shortest hole is 195 feet. Longest hole (#14) is 331 feet. 2nd longest hole is 300 feet. Most holes are wide open except for holes 1 and 15. Water comes into play on 4 holes due to a ditch that runs through the park.

Nice, short par-3 course for beginners, like myself. Deducted a full grade from my rating because hole 18 was recently removed to make room for a dog park. Water is in play on 3 or 4 holes, where the course crosses a ditch, but this wasn't much of a factor when we played, because of recent dry conditions. We found the layout a little confusing the first couple of times through, but not a big problem if you have a course map.
