Great use of terrain, natural features of property; this course has it all! Water, hills, slopes, creeks & ponds, wind and beauty to go around. Chainstars are prime! Tees are off-set not centered correctly as well as off axis; many are tilted toward/away from hills or into run-off. No signs here yet but donations are being collected to pay for them :)
Overall, when this course gets a little more roughed in, better navigation tools, IE bridges/stream passages and signs are made this course is ...

Beautiful place. Nice variety between open and wooded holes. A few water hazards and some elevation changes. Teepads coud be a bit longer and signage to disc golf parking could be better. Tee markers list hole number only, so if you can't see the basket you are throwing blind unless you walk ahead. Could also use some safer water crossing points. Overall, extremely enjoyable round.

Moderately wooded with mild elevation and several water hazards. Scenic layout with streams and ponds. Fair lines on mostly narrow fairways. Thick rough on several holes. Lots of thorn bushes. A few holes are more open to add variety to the impressive design. Nice bridges and steppers to aid navigation. Tee signs with hole numbers. Cement pads are getting rough. Nice ChainStar baskets. The course would benefit from improved maintenance. Overall a very nice course.

I played this course this past weekend for the first time, I do like what I saw, beautiful terrain, elevation changes, water, woods, all in all a good course that needs to be broke in with continuous play. I would however consider a redesign of hole 15, I just don't think that this is a good golf hole. some tee pads look to have settled in a bit off kilter and re-leveling them would be nice. twelve's basket should be moved a little more away from that pavilion. good course though, I look forward to playing it again. good job guys!

Another great course inside a State Park. I was lucky enough to have a great tour guide for my first visit here (thanks, Jim "Skeeter" Knudson!). A really nice mixture of wooded and open holes. Some water is in play, but it mostly just adds beauty to the holes, even though one of my drives ended up a little wet. I'll definitely be back to better my score, now that I've seen it once. If you know of any Eagle Scouts in need of a project, you should have them contact this park to see about making a (cart-friendly) bridge or two for crossing the creeks.

Fun course with a mix of technical shots. Beautiful views throughout the course. I'll be coming back for sure!

Nothing about this course that wasn't enjoyable. Has a pond and stream, elevation changes and 24 concrete tee pads on a 1 year old course. The fairways are very fair on the long holes and the wooded holes are a little shorter than the wide open ones. There is a shelter in between 11's basket and 12's tee pad which is very handy for a quick break. Took 15 years to get pads at Fitz so these guys have done a hell of a job!!. It's also 35 minutes from my house!

Very nice course well utilized park land. Much better than Portage Lake State park Jackson. At least they use the water ways, creeks, hills and ravines with allot of cool steps and bridges. Way worth the trip. Play Bertha Brock too!!!

This is an excellent course that is not very busy/popular. Needs more exposure but this course will test your entire bag of shots, short technical, long bombers, elevation, water hazards! I really like this course and plan on playing it a lot more this summer. Its a state park so they do a great job with maintenance and cleanup.

This course is very challenging and requires you to have all the shots in your bag at the ready. Every time I come out here it plays a little differently and I like that in a course, helps to improve your game. This is a course where staying on the fairways is a must since the rough is so thick and punishing that it might as well be OB.
Pros: Great mix of wooded, water, open, long, and short holes.
Cons: Can be super buggy but that is kind of a given and I never hold that against a cours ...

Fun course, great mix of holes. Needs better signage.

Really nice scenic course. The design is great. Multiple holes with water hazards. Elevation also comes into play. Concrete boxes & discraft baskets. Good signage. Sufficient trash cans. Ample parking & permanent restrooms. Only a few cons I could find. A few holes have some pretty tight fairways with pretty harsh rough circling it. Even a rough that encroaches past C1 distance of the greens. Secondly, the tee boxes have vertical grooves in them. Now if these grooves were horizontal it would gre ...

Great course and layout; beautiful setting and elevation. Concrete tees a bit uneven and short. A magnificent setting. I'm eager to return.

Love this course. It has a couple of problem spots that could be improved before it is perfect. Needs bridges in a couple places. There is a long swamp throw that needs an alternate tee for amateurs so we don't lose our discs. Otherwise very nice and highly scenic.

Tight lines that you have to hit, even though the holes are short it is very technical. I loved it!

I really like this course, as mentioned earlier there is is variety of technical or let it loose holes. Great scenery as well as great whole layouts. Just liked about everything it had to offer.

Great course for beginners. Give you a lot of chances to throw putters and mids. Always have a tick searching party after the round. I am sure they did what they could with it, but the 40 acres used is on over 1000 acres of property.
