Locations seem ambiguous to outsider coming to play blind. Can someone post an annotated map? Where to meet for first round at Civitan? Where is aforementioned path to Carter?
All players should check in at Carter and receive a player hand out. There is no player meeting so you will to go to your assigned hole at Civitan for the first round. I will post a map in the Tournament Pictures section shortly.
