Swampy, serious mosquitoes during the summer. Avoid if it has recently rained. Otherwise, a fun course.

It appears that great efforts were taken recently to deal with the drainage issues on this land. This includes creating elevated wooden walkways over the worst of the normally swampy area, as well as the addition of true drain-paths to help move water. Kudos to those responsible!
