This is by far the best 9 hole I've ever played. and with easy to follow short tees on every hole, it makes a good 18. Lots of tight long shots. I was amazed at how long it took to play as just 9 holes. great course.

Great variety of shots. Don't need to be a bomber to shoot well, but you will have to know how to hit a line to score well...
Over grown and dirt tee's are the only downside that I can think of. A little TLC is needed.

It would be a glaring mistake to take this course lightly on your first time here.

Much needed improvements in 2014. This course gives the technically sound player a large advantage versus the open field bomber. You honestly don't even need a driver to score well on this course.

This course is a gem! The layouts are designed very well. esp. considering they are confined within the wooded slivers of land amidst the many sports fields. You better bring your accuracy game. #4 long is said to be the tightest shot in Michigan.

Other than it being super confusing to find hole 9 and a half mile walk from hole 1 to hole 2 Its a lot of fun and pretty creative. Good Warm up course before I go to Benton.

Found it very clean and maintained. Thoughtful layout for the area given for this 9 hole course. Some tricky shots call for a challenging course but not overwhelming unless you don't like tossing straight. Mainly wooded with some nice tight fairways which call for precise drives. Located in a sports complex park with a skate park right next to it. Restrooms on site a little ways down the dirt road. The pond shot is very nice and very challenging.

liking the new Cement tee pads and signage.
Update, course is getting better each year.

It's 5 minutes from my house and a free course. I've definitely played better courses and this one was exactly what I expected from a free course in a city park with only 9 holes.
Signage between #4 and #5 could be better. I got somewhat lost first time. Also, driving in I had no idea where hole #1 was so I started at #4 and worked my way back. Its mostly technical holes, wooded with no open fairways. Be careful on #3, throw too far beyond the basket and you're in the water.
Not many people here, which is nice, but for what it is, it does the job.

Course currently seems to be pretty well maintained, only 1 hole was pretty wet on the fairway.

Not a bad part, there were only 9 baskets but two pads for each so there is the option to play a full 18 without duplicating holes. Cement pads, scenic a stream and woods and at least one hole was 500+. Overall pretty small course though, I wouldn't recommending driving way out of your way to play this one but if you are in the area why not.

Played Longs. I really enjoyed the low tunnel shots. Harder than I thought. Seems like the layout is forced in the land, but not bad for a practice round.

course has had a lot of work done to it, no more flooding issues, some major brush/trees cleared, tee signs are located so first timers can find them. looks a lot better than it did before, upset that hole 2 was changed

Play from the yellows to get warmed up and ya gotta be precise from the blues. Fun, technical course. Would gladly drive 20 minutes to play here.

This course was a nightmare the first few times I played it as a newer player. It has some of the tightest fairways I have ever seen and consequently, it’s easy to lose discs. I just played it again this past week, and since I have developed some accuracy and the ability throw a few different shots, I really enjoyed it.

Really cool layout. Love the little trails in the woods between holes, trickling river on a couple holes, crazy over-the-marsh shot (on hole #9?). Although it kicked by butt (shot a 39 first time I played it), I now consider it one of my favs. A lot of difficult tunnel shots to keep you on your toes. Fun little gem.

Out of the nine holes, three were somewhat decent. Very poor course layout. Better than nothing but I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Review from playing last year. Course seemed decent but was not very well maintained. Fairway in some areas was waist high, rough was shoulder high.

I hate this course, personally not a challenge, dont mind the water or the narrowness but just not a fan, would rather play a more diverse course just up the road at Cass Benton than here

Probably the worst course around, maybe two holes worth playing, but that is doubtful. If you do decide to play it,you will probably lose some plastic, I will never play this course again.
