As a senior, rated at just over 800 I’ll say, go play this course. A TON of work was put into it. Nice concrete pads and signage. Not roller friendly with all the new, well done steps. Starts easy, but some of the back nine holes are tougher. Holes (maybe 14-15) are played along the top of a ridge with a very narrow fairway and easy roll-a-ways to the bottom. The area is undergoing somewhat of a renaissance and is not bad with reasonable care taken. I’m betting this course will be very popular with people visiting the city that don’t have time to venture OTP.

Decently designed short course for newer/recreational type players. Brand new everything as of 2023. One set of tee pads. Pretty good use of a limited space. There are definitely places on this course where you might be in danger of being hit from another fairway. Not in a good part of town and you can feel that while you are playing (trash, broken glass, homeless people, etc.)

This is an A course, but I'm saying A+ to drag the rating up. It's a very challenging, but fair, par-54. It's one of those rare courses where it's pretty good for beginners, but more advanced players still get a lot of their skills tested here. Mostly cart-friendly, with the understanding that you will navigate a few flights of stairs. A must-play.
