Pros: -Challenging wooded layout
-Three tees per hole
-Baskets in fantastic shape
-Good signage directing to necxt hole when I played.
Cons: -No welcome sign/map
-17/18 holes have dirt tee boxes marked by logs
-Flow of the course is confusing at the hole 2/9 intersection, and course crosses over itself going to hole 8.
-Hole 10 signage missing and was difficult to find
Other Thoughts: I agree with the previous review. This course has a huge amount of potential to become fantastic, but ...

Other Thoughts: I agree with the previous review. This course has a huge amount of potential to become fantastic, but it has some missing features to propel it to those heights.
First, a welcome sign is needed with a map. Right now the next tee signage is pretty good, but I could see knuckleheads snatching those things down before long.
The flow of the course is a little confusing at the intersection of 2 and 9 (I birdied 9 before I realized it was not hole 2.) The path to 8 also crosses another fairway (hole 4 I believe). This could be a safety issue or at least a big distraction in a full course.
The last major hurdle is the tee boxes. I love that there are 3 at each hole, but the only current marker for the boxes is logs. I believe hole 11 had a concrete tee pad which was great. I just think at least the blue and white tees need formal tee pads.
I can see where work is being done to change up 15, but for now it is a little confusing to know tee boxes with the reorganization.
All that being said, I really like the course. I think it was tough but fair in many places. there are some high risk /high reward holes mixed in with some make-able birdies. Even though hole 6 was nothing more than an open field, I appreciated the ability to crank out one good drive during the round, and the elevated tee made it fun to watch fly.
With some of the improvements listed above, this could move up in rating significantly. I will keep an eye on this course since it is pretty close to where I now live.
