Short holes. The location has the possibility for greatness. Short tee pads also. Definitely a course to improve ones short game.

Great course to learn on. Most holes are straight with very little obstructions. Have to watch out for pedestrians on every hole. Fun if you are teaching younger people how to play. Also just good for practice.
