The course is your basic flat type. Baskets are in great shape, not tilted or damage. Teeboxes are in great shape, too. Signs for ever hole, a little worn, but readable.The main probelm with this is in a park setting. The day, I was there the park was busy. You must watch where you are throwing. The 1st Tee is behind the baseball fields. Watch hole # 9 because of the park shelter, people are using it.
