Registration is now open for the 2017 MVP Circuit Challenge at Young's Run DGC. $30 for 3 discs plus additional swag. There will be 2 rounds of play. One from long tees and one from shorts. There will be 2 rounds of singles play as well as mini games for additional prizes. Will have men's, women's, and juniors divisions. More players will mean bigger prize pools. For those that missed his other clinics at Portage and Euclid, Scott Stokely will be coming to Canton (Arboretum) Monday, September 14th, 2015. Special needs @ 3:30, Pro Clinic @ 4:30, followed by a round of Dubs ($12) @ 5:30. Look forward to seeing everyone there.

I went to this course even with all of the negative reviews in mind. I wanted to give this course a chance. Sadly, the course is not something that I would recommend to any players below a 900+ Rating. It is extremely narrow, and extremely high field grass type vegetation. It took me 20 minutes to find a lost disc, for crying out loud. Yes, the distance markers are off, but any player who has played long enough to be able to judge the distance by sight, the markers are ill relevant . So, unless ... more

The park is gorgeous, the baskets are in amazing shape, and the course is well maintained. FINAL THOUGHTS, if you are a beginner to casual player DO NOT go. If you advance to pro and want to go for a difficult ACE race type game, Do it, and may the force be with you.

The 2nd Annual Wadsworth Discraft Ace Race is Saturday, August 24, at 9am.

Discraft Ace Race being held in Wadsworth: 40 mins from Hudson, 30 from Parma, 15 from Medina, 30 from Wooster, 25 from Massilon, 30 from Portage Lakes, 30 from Wingfoot. Low registration numbers so far so you have a far higher chance at the prizes. It's on 10/28, with Pre-reg REQUIRED by 10/11. Registration and details available on the 'Scene. JOIN US for a good time at a park with a lot of promise for disc golf!

Actually had an enjoyable lunch time round today, nice to play this before the high brush grows back.
I see a lot of potential if this course were properly maintained.
