This is a very good park-style course design with good elevation changes. The holes are lightly wooded, giving multiple routes to the pin. There are several elevated tees, a couple of uphill shots, a big lake that creates OB on holes #8-9, a creek that creates OB on two other holes and walking path/parking lot OB on several other holes. All in all the course serves its purpose. Big open shots no real finesse needed. The one thing that brings its rating down is the wind. It’s not every day you see a guy slap himself in the face with his putter going for a birdie.

This is a practice course, there are definitely some good ace run opportunities here, and a couple of the long tees are solid holes, but there's nothing particularly good about it, it's extremely straightforward and can get boring if you're throwing traditional shots.
