A very challenging course, especially the front 9. Aum has a good mix between wooded and open holes. What little elevationThey have on the course they use well. The ob paths make for big challenges on a lot of the holes. There is only one hole I really have a problem with and that is six. The fairway is VERY tight and if you can hit it the odds of you making it up a sudden steep uphill, then 35 feet past that on a green surrounded by a lot trees is slim to none. Other than that it's definitely worth it. Don't go without a copy of the course map or UDisc.

This is a 22 Hole course. There are three layouts, original tees, long tees and short tees. All original tees now have signage. Some tee boxes need work but all are playable except in very wet weather. In very wet weather Hole 8 becomes unplayable. There is a good combination of tightly wooded and open holes with some elevation changes. Baskets are older with some single chain. Hole 18 basket needs repair. There is ample parking next to Hole 1. Free to play. The course is well maintained by both AUM and RRDGC. At present this is the only complete course in the tri-county area.

Mostly open, usually windy. Construction has recently caused the removal of the first two holes, with temporary replacements squeezed in between #'s 8 and 9.

This course has potential to be good but it has some maintenance problems that really make it less fun. I am hoping that they are just in the process of renovating or something, but I don't know. The biggest problem with this course is the lack of any signs or directions. Many holes have the wrong tee sign so unless you know what you're doing, you will have no idea which basket to aim for. Someone has moved the tee signs from other holes to each tee. The course is mostly open with few obsta ...

My first time playing was okay here. There were holes in the woods and out in open fields. I thought they were okay. A few of the holes in the woods were difficult and one near impossible to get off from the start.

The addition of a Combined Layout and new grounds crew at the university have improved AUM.
