Course was fine but fairways could have been more defined. Need to have something done about park goers that like to sit out in the middle of fairways and refuse to move.

This course is a good mix of woods and long drives. It can be very frustrating. It is well-maintained and marked well. The biggest drawback to this course is how busy the park is. There are frequently a lot of people playing disc golf and I have encountered people having picnics in the fairways multiple times.

Very nice course with a great mixture of trees and open shots throughout the round. Water comes into play on 17 on the left, but it is easily avoided. Great place to work on a variety of shots.

longer than I expected and pretty wide open on most holes, more challenging than it appears

Great course. Fun and challenging. Cant wait for the construction to finish so you can park closer!

This course is pretty close to home! It has open and wooded baskets... Hyzer, anhyzer and roller shots.... Basket 17 has water in play...

Well maintained. Liked the back 9 the front wasn't that challenging but a fun course for sure. Would definitely play again

Nice clean course. Wish it was a little more removed from other activities in the park.

great course and well maintained. mostly open with a few holes in woods but well balanced and gives you a little of everything

This is a fantastic course. It's well maintained, all the tee pads are cemented and level. Each hole is marked, and the direction of the next hole is labeled. It's a great mix of open and wooded holes. I will play this course again soon, and highly recommend it!

Unlike some other courses I have played that need some trees removed, all holes have a nice and perfectly fair path to the basket placements. Watch out for the occasional random person having a picnic in the middle of a fairway. One of the best courses in the area.

Love this course, long, a good mix out of open to open, open to closed (tight), closed (tight) to open tee pads-pins. One of my favorite courses in GA.

Good mix of wide open bomber type holes and technical wooded holes. be careful around that pond, it is a plastic magnet. and the wind likes to show up.
this was my favorite place to go when i lived in Georgia.

Great layout!!! Very good for beginner but also good for everyday practice round!!!

Course is well maintained and a good mixture of open holes and technical (woods) holes. The front 9 is probably the best nine holes that I have found for practicing as well as trying new discs, as it's relatively flat, a mixture of woods and open areas. The back 9 is a bit tougher, with more uphills, downhills and doglegs. There is a practice basket with marked distances to work on the putting game, as well. This course is near my home, so I appreciate being able to hop over and play a round or practice and try out new discs.

Update on previous review. I have changed to just an "A" rating rather than "A+." This is because Alexander just doesn't match some of the other courses in this great disc golf state. Alexander does have a great mixture of short, long, and wooded holes. Every single hole has it's own personality. Great design, you won't be disappointed. I believe this course is worth the trip, even if you have to travel a decent distance. Overall, this course is pure disc golf for me and since it's my hometown c ...

Nice location and great Course. maintained very well, watch out for all the dog poo though.....good thing the baskets have the hole number because some are close together

I love this course. It has a great mix of long and short and left and right holes. Every hole has two and sometimes three different basket locations which are changed every couple weeks to provide a nice variety of play. The course is very well groomed and very nicely laid out.

Really fun course design! A bit on the short side as hole lengths go, but there are plenty of wooded holes that make the distance seem deceptive once you factor in the difficulty the terrain provides. My only suggestion would be some sort of marker to show the current pin placement: After a couple rounds, it would be pretty intuitive, but as first-timers to Alexander Park we got turned around on a couple holes. We started Hole 3 moving towards what we expected was placement 3C, but it turned out ...

Great well maintained course. One of the best in GA. Only downfall is the wind! Quite a windy little course! Don't bring too many light weight discs!

Solid course; just a little too easy. Good mix of open and wooded.

I really enjoy this course the way it has open drives for the first 3 holes and then runs you in and out of the woods. Challenging and a lot of fun.

Really like this course, a great addition to the North Atlanta DG scene. The mix of open and wooded holes makes for a good mixed bag round. So far the course is to new to rate any higher because the landscaping is still growing in. Once the fairway trees grow out the course will eventually play a bit harder.

Course was pristine. My compliments to the guys that take care of this place.

Overall fun course to play. Great for beginner-advanced players, but Pros wont find the course too challenging. Great amenities and big props to Gwinnett County for dropping a lot of money on this course. 149 new 2" trees planted to aid hole design for the open holes. That's not cheap!

lets fertilize the trees and move it from suburbia (that traffic is a bitch)

Alexander Park is probably my favorite course that I have played. Long and short, woods and open, left turns and right turns. In a few years it'll be even better as it grows up (much more in depth review on DGCoursereview.com). Wonderful course to play. I think when the new trees grow up and with a change or two, this course could be one of the best around. Still awesome as is!

I like Alexander, but it seems like some of the long holes are just long to be long, and boring to boot. I most like the holes entering the woods or exiting the woods. This course gets A- rating from me due to its potential.

Fun course with a good mix of wooded and open holes. Fun course for the beginner or advanced player. And there is random doubles most Saturday mornings.
