Just wondering if there's any instructional /intro type of days where people new to frisbee golf can try it out?

Hello Heidi, I know your comment was from some time ago, and I appologize that noone was checking this. We do have women's league which is a great place for beginner ladies. It runs on monday nights. Check out www.LDGA.ca for more information.
