Kansas State @ Mid-South Collegiate Open, Jonesboro AR
Members of the K-State club will be traveling to Jonesboro, AR this weekend to compete in the Mid-South Collegiate Open! This will be our first event of the year and our first chance to qualify for the 2015 National Collegiate Disc Golf Championships. Stay tuned for updates. The players representing K-State at the event are:

Kansas State Earns Bid to 2014 NCDGC
(From NCDGC Facebook post): "Cyclone Open final results are in from the tundra of Iowa. Players enjoyed the sun even though they still froze as the temperature was -8 degrees to start the day.

Region 3 - Upper Midwest Select Qualifier, Ames IA
Through process of selection by nomination, these players will be competing in the Cyclone Open in Ames, IA for the chance to earn Kansas State a bid to the National Collegiate Disc Golf Championships:
1.) AJ Cruz
2.) Tim Nispel
3.) Jacob Patchen
4.) Travis Bailey
The team will be leaving on Friday, February 28th . Competition takes place March 1-2 at the following courses:

Yep! From the NCDGC website: "Students who graduate in the Fall of the current school year are eligible to compete in National Championships and Qualifier events the following Spring."
Nice! Well I'll be heading up with Tim for the ice bowl this weekend so I'll see you fellas then!
These courses are pretty decent, Stable Run is quite a bit more wooded, and Carroll Marty is a bit more open with a couple longer holes if I remember right. We have our work cut out for us with these haha.
