2 Berths will be awarded to Michigan Amateur State Championships (Description of how they will be awarded is below.)

Players Pack will be a pair of Tournament stamped P2s and a shirt from Avalon Disc Golf. More items is a possibility.
Open players will not have a players pack with 100% of registration being paid back out to the field.

$5 Ace Pool
$5 50/50 (50% to the ctp, 50% to the club)

All divisions will use the normal marked tee pads, Open and AM1 will play the long position on hole 9.

All amateur payouts will be handled digitally by our event sponsor, Breaking Aces Disc Golf. Players who win payouts in their division will receive a code by email with your event payout amount to use in their online store. Thank you to them for all of their amazing help. This year we will have 2 berths to the Michigan Amateur State Championships to hand out. The winner of these berths will be decided by a ctp throw off by the winners from the amateur divisions if the divisions have at least 3 players to make them viable.

Trophies will be awarded to functional divisions of 3 or more players.

MiStreats Food Truck will be on hand for food on the break between rounds.

To help address the sandbagging issues at the Michigan State Championships, a motion was made and the Motion was passed:
a. For the Am2/Am3 (including the women) divisions in Featured Events, if there is a player that takes 1st or 2nd place and that player has never had a PDGA membership the Featured Event will deduct from that players payouts $35 to cover the cost of buying them a PDGA membership.
b. The remaining $10 was initially paid by the player at entry.
c. The last missing $5 is because the MDGO is an Affiliate Club.
d. Non-current PDGA members do not apply.
e. The MDGO will reimburse $17 to the FE to help cover any loss.
f. It is HEAVILY stressed that this needs to be advertised so the player base is aware of this prior to the event.

This was passed to address the issue of players not having player ratings. Even if they are not current, the TD does get a file from the PDGA that includes the player's rating.
