SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR DISCGOLFSCENE.COM ONLINE REGISTRATION

In consideration of the services of DISCGOLFSCENE.COM (herein referred to as DISCGOLFSCENE), their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity for DISCGOLFSCENE, I hereby agree on my behalf and/or the behalf of my company, organization, or event as follows:

1. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless DISCGOLFSCENE from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with the participants in my event whom registered through DISCGOLFSCENE.
2. I acknowledge a bona fide intent to provide the event and/or services as advertised or promoted through DISCGOLFSCENE.
3. In the event of a cancellation or any such occurrence that results in a failure to render the aforementioned event or services promoted through DISCGOLFSCENE, I hereby agree to directly conduct all refunds with the participants and/or registrants for the event.
4. I agree that DISCGOLFSCENE is not obligated to reimburse myself, my company, organization or event the transaction fee nor amount charged per participant in the event of a cancellation of the event.
5. I agree that DISCGOLFSCENE is not obligated to reimburse myself, my company, organization or event the transaction fee nor amount charged per participant for any individual requests for refunds by a participant.
6. I acknowledge and understand the resulting balance from participant registrations with DISCGOLFSCENE for my event will be paid directly to the event PayPal account upon each registration. I currently have a valid event PayPal account to receive the participant fees from DISCGOLFSCENE. If I do not have a PayPal account, I hereby agree to create one in order to receive the participant fees from DISCGOLFSCENE.
7. Should DISCGOLFSCENE or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney's fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless and reimburse DISCGOLFSCENE for all such fees and costs.
8. I agree in the validity and enforceability of this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk without regard to any conflict of with applicable State law.
9. I agree to abide by the terms, conditions, and fees outlined on DISCGOLFSCENE.COM.

Personal information may not be used for any other purpose than to contact a person in regards to the event or membership for which they have registered. Any unauthorized use of personal information not explicitly agreed to directly by the registrant will be considered a violation of of our Privacy Policy.

By submitting this request for online event registration, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during their participation in my event, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against DISCGOLFSCENE on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein. I acknowledge that any and all refunds for canceled events or individual requests by participants must be handled directly between our event organizers and the participants and not through DISCGOLFSCENE.

I HAVE HAD SUFFICIENT OPPORTUNITY TO READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD IT, AND I AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
