About this tournament

Welcome to the first event of the Inaugural Season's End Series Tournaments!
This event will be a PDGA sanctioned C-tier with 2 rounds of 20 holes at Deer Lakes Park! We are excited to to have partnered with Camber Disc Golf Company to sponsor this series. Layout for the event will be announced and put into the ground by Tuesday before the event. Barring weather issues we intend to paint circles for each basket and mark non-pavement OB lines with paint.
Players Pack Includes
-Tournament Series Stamped Prodigy Disc (First Come First Pick)
-Meal ticket for Revival Chili who will be on site both days of the event!
Course Layout: 1A, 2C, 3C, 4B, 5A, 6B, 7C, Temp hole 8a, 8A, 9B, 10C, 11B, 12A, 13B, 14C, 17C, Temp Hole 17A, Temp hole 17B, Temp Hole 17C, 18A.
Tee Assignments:
MPO: Blue Tees
MP40, MA1: Round 1 - Blue Tees -- Round 2 - White Tees
FPO, FA1, FA2: White Tees
FA3: Red Tees
Payout will be in person at Blue Gill Pavilion immediately after scores are finalized and winner's are announced.
Ace Pot: If no ace is hit, the funds will carry over to the next event in the series. If no ace is hit for the whole series, ace pot funds will be divided into the Season's End Champion's purse.
**Division Caps for waitlists will be adjusted on Friday February 18th and again March 9th if necessary.

The Season's End Series will consist of 4 events over the course of 2022, one signifying the end of each season. Anyone who enters one of the events this season will be entered to win their divisions Season's End Trophy at the final event of the season, Autumn's End Open. At each event, we will register you as a competitor for the series. We will track the number of individuals you beat at each event (ex: if you finish 4th out of 12 players, you will receive 8 points for that event). At the end of the season, per division, the individual with the most folks defeated will be crowned winner with a Season's End Divisional Championship Trophy and additional payout collected from the events prior. A detailed spreadsheet will be made available for viewing in the comments of each event showing where each division stands. NOTE: If you play multiple divisions, either playing both days, or changing divisions between events, we will track both, but you will only be eligible to win a single division at the end of the season (whichever is the more advanced of the two).
Expected Dates for the other 3 events in the series are as follows but are subject to change:
Spring's End Open: June 18/19th
Summer's End Open: September 24/25th
Autumn's End Open: December 10/11th

Refund policy
Mark Fedorenko is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
100% Refunds will be issued until Monday March 6th. After that, refunds will be issued minus sunk event costs. No player's pack will be sent for individuals who withdraw from the event after registration closes.
