The Quail Ridge Horseshoe Arena will be the host for the Winter Wizards Putting Tournament!

This a tour fundraiser to help Tiger with travel costs for the 2024 Disc Golf Pro Tour season!

The game is played with five putters. Your choice of putters.

Each game consists of 4 rounds. Each player throws 5 putts per round for a total of 20 putts per game. Each putt is worth one point except the final round at 36ft is worth 2 points each for a total of 30 points per player or 60 points per team. During the bracket, the team with the most points out of 60 will move on.

Round 1: 18ft (no falling putts 1-3)
Round 2: 24ft
Round 3: 30ft
Round 4: 36ft (jump putts allowed)

Every team will play a minimum of 3 games. One game to decide seeding followed by a double elimination bracket.

There will be PRO and AM divisions.

The seeding round will be decided by the order in which teams/players check-in. If teams want to play together, they will need to check in together. The whole team must be present at check-in. Those that check-in first will play first when games start. The order on the card will be the order the game starts out. Play will continue in the order shown below. Divisions will be mixed during seeding round.

Seeding will be done by score. If there are any ties the team that checked-in first will be the lower seed.

For the doubles bracket, the higher seed team will always putt first and then the order is as follows. For the first round of 5 putts, the 25th seed teammate A putts first, then 1st seed teammate A will putt. Next, the 25th seed teammate B putts, then 1st seed teammate B putts.

For the second round of 5 putts, the teams will switch positions. The 1st seed team will go first then the 25th seed. The order will switch at the beginning of each round. 4 rounds in each game.

The order of teammates on the same team does not matter and may switch during the game.

If ever a player putts in the wrong order their 5 putts are recorded as a zero and play continues in the correct order.

Every am player will receive a winter wizard players pack. Pros paid in cash, Ams paid in prizes.

Gateway Disc Sports will have a great deal on a set of 5 putters. Choose from Wizards, Warlocks, Voodoos, or Magics. We will have firm, ss, sss, ssss.

There will be a concession stand with $2 beers (12oz), $3.50 cheeseburgers, $2 French fries, and much more!

We will be using one arena for competition and the other arena will be set up with multiple baskets for practice, and open play.
