This event will be 2 Rounds of at least 18 Holes at WS Gibbs, in Danville. If we get more than 72 players we will add WTP.
Walk-Ups will be taken until 9:00 AM, you must be able to pay online at registration as it will help with making the cards.
Any division that has not been established with at least 4 people by Thursday the 23th, will not have a trophy.
Tournament Director may announce Snow Play for This Event. We will know more as we approach the tournament date.
813.01.D (Illegal Disc) When night or snow play has been announced by the Director, players are allowed to add a material or device to assist in finding the disc.
This means you may use colored chalk, or a piece of colored tape, or ribbons to help find your discs in the snow.
Amateurs will be get a players pack disc an will only be playing for a division trophy.
Professionals will be playing for $25 of their entry as the remaining $15 will be used for donation and/course fees.
All W.I.F.F.S. events are PDGA Sanctioned XC-tiers through the Competition Endowment Program, so there is no $10 non-member fee.
Player pack disc with a series stamp to all amateur players.
SERIES FORMAT
Each player will get points based on the percentage of players in the event they beat, max of 90 points.
Each player will also receive 10 points for participating, for a total of 100 possible points per event.
Player's top 10 performances plus all participation points earned will count toward end of series awards.
Series trophies will be presented to the winners of the following divisions at the end of the W.I.F.F.S. Series:
MPO, MA1, MA2, MA3, MA4, MA40, MA50, MA60, Juniors, and Womens
These division winners will also earn a qualification spot in the 2024 Indiana State Championships.
Top overall Amateur, Pro, Lady, and Junior will each earn a paid entry into the Indiana State Championships. less
