Shirts will only be available for purchase until 3 weeks before tournament day! They will feature the main WIDOWMAKER IV logo on the back along with the SIERRA DISC GOLF CO logo. The front will have a small patch of the logo on the chest.

Merced Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Sponsorship Fees will not be refunded but are transferable upon request.

Partial refunds will be given per PDGA requirements (section 1.03, see details below).

A $5 fee will be charged to all players who withdraw in addition to the percentages below. Please request refunds via the link in your registration email, the withdraw button on the Players tab for the tournament, or via email to the TD contact email ([email protected]). Refunds requested via the disc golf scene comments will not be honored.

A. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event before July 17 (30 days prior to the event) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
B. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between July 17 and Aug 2 (15 to 29 days prior to registration closing) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, there will be a 50% monetary refund.
C. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event after Aug. 3rd (14 days prior) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled there will be a 25% monetary refund.
D. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to August 11 (when registration closes) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
