Just as a heads up, there's a pretty popular tournament happening 45m away this same weekend. A bunch of the tournament disc golfers in the area are going to be at that.
If this were moved to November, I know that would be later in your season, but there would be a lot more likely players available. Another suggestion might be moving it to a more casual-friendly course like Zilker or Searight to accommodate the remaining market you have to recruit from.

Tee times will be sent out the day before the tournament. First round will be at 9am

With this # of players, what are the chances of playing 2 rounds on Sat vs spreading over both days ?

What hole is the CTP Ultrastar Challenge going to be on?

I’ll update the about section. But the CTP will be separate from the actual event. We’ll use one of the practice baskets for the CTP challenge so that players’ rounds aren’t affected by having to throw an ultrastar

Will there be any checking of player ranks for divisions? IE, not letting true advanced PDGA scores play in the MA3 to take that prize money? Seems like no one is doing that and all lower divisions look pretty homogenous score-wise. I'm a rec player, I'd like to play other actual rec players for once lol
