Join your fellow disc golfers and help us complete the first public disc golf course on Oahu!
LET'S GO!!!
WHAT TO BRING!
1. Gloves
2. Mosquito Repellent - those buggahs are fierce up there!
3. PLENTY OF COLD WATER
4. Tools if you have any of the following it will help. What we need (hand loopers, bigger chainsaws, hand saws, hard rakes, and shovels)
5. YOUR DISCS - We will prob play a few of the new holes after lunch if were still standing :-)
WHAT TO WEAR!
1. Volunteers should wear appropriate clothing such as covered shoes, protective clothing, gloves, and eye protection (if you will be operating a chain saw).
2. Head protection (hat) and sunscreen should be worn as protection from the sun.
Golf Central for this workday will be located at the Pavilion closest to the parking lot, near hole 18.
LUNCH: Lunch will be provided for all volunteers!
WATER: We will have a cooler with cold drinks and water.
For those interested we may also do a course walkthrough.
ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST SIGN A RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER PRIOR TO DOING ANY VOLUNTEER WORK AT HILA!!!

AFTER YOU REGISTER YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH THE LINK TO COMPLETE THE WAIVER FORM.

8:00am - 8:10am | Orientation and Safety Meeting (MEET AT THE PARKING LOT) |
8:10am - 12:00pm | We will be working on tee pads for holes 3, 16, and 17. If we have enough volunteers we may send a crew down to work on hole 8, 14, or 15. |
12:00pm - 1:00pm | We will stop close to Noon for Lunch. The club will bring ice water, other drinks, and lunch ! |
1:00pm - 3:00pm | We will either continue working after lunch, or play disc golf if anyone still has energy ! |
