About this tournament
After a couple years off due to Covid... then a blizzard... then the course literally being frozen...WNY Winterfest is finally back!!!! Dust off the discs, pull out the winter clothing, and come on down to Ellicott Creek Park for a day of fun, food and raffles!
This event will help raise money that will go towards our sanctioned events this season.
We will be meeting at the Friendship Shelter, which is located across the street, pass hole 15.
Sam will be flipping pancakes in the morning for breakfast, and the post round meal will be pizza. Both of these meals are included in your registration fee.
All players will recieve a player pack.
This is a random draw doubles event, and there will be mulligans offered all day!
Each player on the team is eligible for 1 mulligan per hole, for only $1 each.
The event will be one round, consisting of 18-21 holes (full layout has not been decided yet).
Expect lots of CTPs, an Ace Pool, and the chance to become the first set of champions for the 2024 season!
We are looking for donations towards the raffle, so please contact Jeremy , Sam or Eric, if you are interested. Donations do not need to be disc related. All donations will earn you one free raffle ticket.
There will be a WNYDGC meeting following the event- all are welcome to join.
There will be no refunds after Feb 18th.
Financial breakdown:
$12 player pack
$8 breakfast/lunch/club
$20 payouts
$5 non-member fees
