Women's Global Event at Westy Acres

PRO/AM WOMEN'S C-TIER
The Women's Global Event at Westy Acres is a one-day two round C-Tier PDGA-sanctioned event.

Wally Wurld Disc Golf Club is underwriting the Women's Global Event at Westy Acres.
This allows us to add cash for professionals and prizes for every competitor. Every division will have first and second place trophies. We will also be providing a free taco bar lunch for all players and their caddies.

There will be an ace pot of $150 and a cash CTP prize of $50 for each division that has at least 3 women.

From the PDGA WGE page: "Women from all around the world play two rounds of disc golf at their local participating PDGA Women's Global Event. Scores from the first two rounds of each participating tournament are submitted by the individual tournament directors and rated by the PDGA. These round ratings are totaled and averaged to determine the player's "Global Score." The global results are updated throughout the day to determine our PDGA Women’s Global Event Champions and the winner in each division will receive a memorable trophy."

LAYOUT
Everyone will be playing Tournament 18 Hole Red layout.

ADDED MONEY/PRIZES
$200 added cash for pros
$190 added prizes for amateurs

EVENT FEES
$2 to the PDGA

PLAYERS PACK
All players will receive a player pack that includes two discs, a Westy Acres mini, a PDGA mini, a Westy Acres towel, a PDGA towel, PDGA pins, and other swag.

PDGA players pack items limited to the first 25 players who sign up

Players will also have the option at the event to buy a Westy Acres WGE T-shirt for $10. Selections and sizes are limited.

PAYOUTS
Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal within 48 hours of completion of the event.

Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. All amateur divisions play for merchandise credit at Disc Golf 978.

DIGITAL SCORING

CAMPING
Free camping is available at Westy Acres. There will be a porta-potty available near the camping area. The camping area has separate vehicle access from the course and is adjacent to hole 11 of the Westy tournament layout. The address will be included in the information sent to participants.

All refunds will follow the PDGA Policy in 1.03 of the Competition Manual (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103). A $10 fee will be assessed to all refund requests as outlined in the PDGA Policy.

There will be no refunds issued after registration is closed.
