PRESENTING the 4th annual President's Cup PDGA B-tier tournament! Put on by the WDGC President, presented by Northwest Financial Group and Block 15 Brewing! Moved up to July! Now July 9-10, 2022!
REGISTRATION opens May 9 at 8 AM. Please, no refunds after 6 AM Pacific time on July 8 so I can finalize registration and print cards and all that.
ONE DAY is all you will need to be there! Especially since we are not playing 3 rounds, we received a lot of feedback that people would prefer to not need to be there both days. This has essentially been split into two tournaments for this year. We are only using Adair Park, so we are running everyone through 2 rounds in a single day - freeing you up on the other!
AMATEURS EXCEPT MA1 will play 2 rounds on Saturday the 9th.
ALL PROS AND MA1 division will play 2 rounds on Sunday the 10th.
AMATEUR PLAYER PACK is a tournament stamp Innova Star or Champ plastic disc, 2 bags of Double G jerky (one of which will be Nate Sexton's Sweet and Spicy!), an MVP UV flashlight, and a gift certificate for Only the Best Discs online store for $20 that includes free shipping! That still leaves $13 per player to go into script payouts and puts us at 150% value before I find more!
YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO ACCEPT SCRIPT AND USE IT THAT DAY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
VENDOR plan includes Kuhl Discs and Oregon Disc Golf on site that will also handle scrip payouts.
ENTRY FEES: $75 for pros, $55 for amateur men. Amateur ladies and the juniors will only be $45 for a little added incentive to get out there. Grow the sport!
WAIT LIST. There will be a $20 fully refundable charge to get on the wait list in order to help it stay manageable and contain people who really want in. If you are not added to the tournament, you will be automatically refunded the day of the tournament.
PRO PAYOUTS will be old school cash in an envelope payout to 40% of each division. Trophies for top 3 in each division.
AMATEUR SCRIPT will get a player pack and some script. Trophy for top 3 in each division and script payouts to 45% of the divisions.
ACE POT: Optional ace pot is $2. We'll have at least 2 ace run holes! If no aces, and since we won't have everyone there at the same time, the club will keep it for the general course maintenance fund.
TEE SIGN SALES are open for hole sponsorships (now). The cost is $25.00 per hole (18 available). Please email [email redacted].
