General
This will be an B-Tier 2-Day event with Tee Times This event is "True Amateur" with each participant receiving 100% value in the player's pack and the winners of each division getting a trophy. Depending on the size of each field we will have trophies for the top 3.

Trophies
Trophies will be awarded for 1st place in all divisions. 2nd place trophy will be awarded if 6 or more players are in a division. 3rd place trophy will be awarded if 11 or more players are in a division. Larger number divisions may have additional trophies. The number of trophies will be determined by the size of each field two weeks prior to the event. uDisc will be updated after the first of the year, once all the baskets are in the correct locations.

Ace Fund
If no one hits an ace over the 3 days we will donate the entire amount of the ace pot to the Paul Mcbeth Foundation

Scorekeeping
Code: Will be provided at the 1st tee
Full digital scoring using the PDGA's online scorecard system. Hole assignments will be set prior to the day before the tournament and hole assignments for the second round will be posted to the PDGA site soon after the last card finishes on Saturday.

Ties
Playoffs for first place will begin on Hole 18 in a sudden-death format on a loop until a winner has been declared.
