If you or someone you know is feeling dead inside, make the choice to feel Dead Outside & throw some plastic on your favorite course. I personally suffer from anxiety, depression & PTSD & disc golf is a massive mental health resource for me & I hope it is or can be for you too!

Help us advocate for mental health awareness by showing up for yourself and/or a buddy you know that might be suffering from a mental illness by getting them out on to your favorite course & throwing a round on National Disc Golf Day!
