Do the Novice division players play on the Amateur tees or the professional tees? And will it be all yellow baskets? This is my first tournament as well and just wanted to know which to practice on. Thanks!

Hello Matthew. We will all be playing the yellow baskets. Everyone will be playing from the pro tees except holes 12&18. This could change depending on the weather.

Sorry for the "new guy" question, but how exactly does the flex start work and how are the scores tallied? Is there a player's meeting or meeting at the end to announce winners? This is my first tournament so I'm just trying to understand when I need to be there, so as to not miss anything

Hello Michael. A flex start is you can tee off any time from 10 to 2. We ask that you have at least 2 more in a group and score is stroke play. I will go over the rules the with each card before they get on the course. I post all the final scores on disc golf scene and call all the winners to get th ... more
