Veterans for Vets Battle at Roots

About this tournament
Following in the footsteps of the Trilogy Challenge, Veterans for Vets is a new event designed to meet three goals. First, it gives disc golfers a chance to play in an organized event during the winter months. Second, it provides an awesome environment for a disc golfer without any tournament experience to play in an organized event. Finally, it provides an opportunity for a local disc golf community to raise money that gets returned to that same community to organizations tasked with serving veterans!
Novice/Recreational players will sign up for Novice division
Intermediate, Advanced and MPO will sign up for Advanced division. This keeps fair play for newer players and will challenge those of higher ranking.
Veterans playing the event will Register in the Veteran divisions regardless of skill level.
Non-Veterans will select either Novice/Advanced based on your skill level.
This tournament is singles layout, Flex start 9 AM - 4 PM with 15 minutes between each card, to ensure safe distance between cards, as well as proper flow of play.
Same day sign ups will be available. However to ensure you receive your players pack on the day of the event, please sign up no later than February 13th! so we have time for Dynamic Discs to prepare and ship them. If you sign up after then I will still make sure you receive a players pack.
Trophy discs provided by Dynamic Discs to top 3 finishers in each division.
All proceeds will be donated to the Homeless Veterans fellowship.

COVD-19 Precautions

This event will be in compliance with all local COVD-19 precautions, and you will be required to agree to the COVID-19 standards of the PDGA upon registering. Generally, please maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from other players, refrain from touching each others' equipment as much as possible.
