Vergennes Spring Fling 2021
About this tournament
After last year's cancellation, we are happy to have the 2021 Vergennes Spring fling! This tournament will have two rounds. The first round will be singles. The second round will be best disc Hi-Lo doubles.
We are going to follow Vermont ACCD guidelines. Masks and distancing will be required during registration. We will be able to spread people out during the rounds so we should not have more than 4 people per card. Masks and distance will also be required during play, except when throwing.
Check-in will begin at 8:30. We will meet at 9am for tee placement and general info. We will meet behind the Vergennes Elementary School located at 43 East St. Vergennes 05491. Consumption of alcohol, tobacco use, and drug use on school grounds are strictly PROHIBITED.
Depending on players that turn out, we will try to have two divisions for singles. We will have a Pro and an Am division. The Pros will play from the Blue tees and the Ams will play from the white tees
Usually we play one round take a quick break and head out for the second round.
Every hole has an OB and there are several Mandos on certain holes.
The $25 cost will include $5 Ace pot. If there are no aces we will have a CTP at then end. Please bring exact change. I will be handling the cash with gloves. I will place the winnings in envelopes at the end.
Payouts will depend on amount of participants. We will pay out the top singles player in each division and the top doubles team. If the Am division doesn't have three players, the Ams will play in the Pro division.
