Initial division caps are set at the opening of registration. Division caps will be adjusted or removed based on demand.

Refund policy

Upstate Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancelations.

Waitlist fee is non-refundable. All refunds will be charged a $5 service fee.

Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.

Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund.

If TD vacates an offered division due to a lack of registered players for the division, any player for that division that does not wish to move to a different division that they are eligible for, will be provided a full refund.
