This is a 2 round US Doubles Qualifier.
1st round from the long tees,
2nd round fromnthe short tees.
Check in 7:30‐8:30
First round tee off is 9:00
Lunch is 1 hour after the last card is submitted.
Lunch is on your own
2nd round starts 1 hour after last card is submitted.
There will be a men's division and a women's division.
there won't be any flags or paint lines for this event this year. The course is going to be redesigned this year and some of the property can't be mowed. That would cause a lot of confusion for ob and hazards.
both players will receive a premium plastic custom doubles stamped innova disc. Top finishing teams in this qualifier will be invited to play in the USDGC Doubles Main Event which launches Championship week in Rock Hill SC. This is your chance as an amatuer to play the famed Winthrop Arena Course decked out in all it's USDGC Pageantry.
The number of teams that can qualify for the USDGC Doubles Main Event is based on the number of teams that participate in your qualifier. The thresholds are as follows.
Men
· 1-14 Teams = 1 Team qualifies
· 15-24 Teams = 2 Teams qualify
· 25+ Teams = 3 Teams qualify
Women
· 1-4 Teams = 1 Team qualifies
· 5-9 Teams = 2 Teams qualify
· 10+ Teams – 3 Teams qualify
