Can you clarify the OB rules, please before anyone begins play this afternoon? Initial post said long grass would NOT be OB. Subsequent post said is WILL be OB.

Would there be a group of people willing to have a later start time. 430/5ish. I get out of work between 3/4 so earliest would be 430 I could make it
