About this tournament

This event will consist of 3 rounds across 2 days. All divisions will play Vista and Sierra on Saturday with shotgun starts and Donner Ski Ranch with tee times on Sunday. Course assignments by pool will be posted no later than on month prior to the event. Tee times for Sunday will be announced by 8 pm Saturday night. A tentative order by division will be published a week prior to the event.

Refund policy

Ben Slakey is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refund (minus a $5 handling fee) will be offered in all circumstances to players who withdraw before July 14 at 8 pm. From July 14 to August 1st, players who withdraw will receive their choice of a 50% refund or their players pack. Players who withdraw after August 1st will receive their choice of a 25% refund or their players pack. Players who have their spot filled from the waitlist or have another player sign up afterwards to fill their spot will receive a full refund (minus a $5 handling fee) regardless of proximity to the tournament. Refunds will not be provided for weather or other external factors unless the tournament is cancelled. Players who sponsor are subject to the same refund policy outlined above, and the sponsorship money is not refundable.
