Troy’s Twisted Triples 2024 Comes in a twin pack this year

Play in one or both! Extra cash prizes Friday for top point earners overall

Cost for ‘Pros’ is $10 per player ($5 for ‘Ams’ and Coeds), each day. Coeds will be playing for cash and will still receive a disc when signing in. This is to encourage ladies to play, they deserve it.
There will be an optional $5 daily ace fund per team: CTP throw off if no ace is hit).
Each amateur player gets a ‘player’s pack’ disc of their own choice (first come, first
served), with prizes to be determined based on the remaining available disc and ‘fun stuff’ inventory.
‘Professionals’ will be playing for cash.

Definitions:
An ace (throw in from the tee pad from any legitimate thrower) completes any hole.

Best Shot: traditional. Your team gets to choose each shot from your preferred lie.

Worst Shot: all 3 throw, and your opponents choose the lie they consider worst. Repeat until one of your teammates holes out.

TRUE Worst: Played as above, but you’re not done until all 3 of you hole out.

Alternate shot: must play in the order chosen after the first & second shot(s), and continue the rotation no matter the score, until the 3rd hole in the set is completed.

One Disc Each: choose wisely, as you each make all your shots for 3 holes with this disc. Good news: this is best disc format.

Diabolical Goldilocks (as twisted as it gets): all 3 throw, your opponent ‘removes’ one lie, then you pace to the approximate midpoint between the two remaining lies. This establishes your lie for the next shot. Repeat until one of you holes out. Note that your midpoint may put you OB. If so, you ‘went OB’ where pacing to the midpoint crossed the OB line.

Point Series: within each of the divisions, each player earns points for your team ranking, with lowest 3 point totals for the series receiving cash prizes.
This allows you to play one or both events, even if you can’t all play each day.
With pro’s playing for 100% of the cash entries, this prize pot will come from the net amateur entry fees, and be distributed fairly amongst the top three finishers in each division.

We do NOT know how many teams will play each day. Hopefully we’ll have enough donated goodies if this turns out to be super popular.
