I'll post the full results tomorrow but here are the winners:

Women
1. Michelle Thurlow - 55 - $50
2. Emma Grigalva - 56 - $30
3. Kelly Spencer - 62 - $20

Open
1. Dakota Weros - 47 - $50
2. Jim Ghys - 48 - $25
3. Jesse Pelletier - 48 - $25

Jesse and Jim tied for second so since Jesse wasn't present I combined the 2nd and 3rd place payouts and split them

Ace Pool
Nobody hit an ace so the $215 Ace Pool will be donated to the Pima Animal Care Center.

Thanks for playing Steven!

Registration is capped at 75 but there is a note in the event description that says a Marksman basket will be donated if 100 players register. Why is the registration capped at less than 100? If I am waitlisted will I make it in if fewer than 100 people register (less than 25 on the waitlist)?

I had to order players packs two weeks before the tournament and at that time there were only 60 people signed up. I ordered 75 player packs because they were only being sold in 15 pack increments and the basket was only offered on the initial order or packs. In the last two weeks the event has fi ... more

Not going to be able to make it unfortunately work came up. Is it okay for my wife to pick up my pack?

Sure that's fine. She can pick it up anytime saturday or after.

Travis Bowen    September 13, 2022 at 9:19pm

Pick up player packs up to 15 minutes before the tee time of your flight. There will be CTP's for each flight.

I have a friend who will be signing up. Can I be switched from the 10 AM start time to the 1 PM start time since we will be car pooling and planning on playing on the same card? If it can be done, switch Wild Bill Fleming to 1 PM and Shawn Boyd will be signing up so we can be on the same card.

Hi Bill sure no problem.

Bill Fleming   September 12, 2022 at 6:48pm

Thank you! One other question since we are coming from Mesa....is the 1 PM time - tee off time or when we are meeting to get our discs and starting hole assignements?

Travis Bowen   September 13, 2022 at 9:18pm

It is the tee-ff time. Met up to 15 minutes before to pick up you player packs.

Emma Grigalva    August 16, 2022 at 5:56pm

Can Michelle thurlow and Kelly spencer be on the same card as me?

Travis Bowen   August 16, 2022 at 7:07pm

Hi Emma, yes players will pick their own cards.

Emma Grigalva   August 17, 2022 at 3:14am

Awesome thank you

Do you know what weights the discs will be in? I'm a 'noodle arm' (around 42 MPH throw) and if possible prefer lightweight (150 to 165) weight drivers. It's okay if that isn't possible due to availability...but I thought I would ask.

Hi Bill, there is no option for "light" player packs this year. They typically range from 165 - 175.

Bill Fleming   July 22, 2022 at 6:53pm

Thanks for the response. Hopefully if there is a 165-168 weight driver I'll be quick enough to get it. I'm looking forward to this challenge.
