About this tournament
The Trilogy Challenge is a unique disc golf event by Dynamic Discs, Latitude 64, and Westside Discs, collectively known as the Trilogy. The challenge is designed to be accessible to players of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned pros.
In the Trilogy Challenge, players are provided with three discs - a driver, a midrange, and a putter - and they must complete the entire tournament using only these discs. The discs are usually new releases from the Trilogy brands, so it's a great opportunity for players to try out new discs.
For the 2024 Trilogy Challenge hosted by Plumas Disc Golf, the discs provided are the Lucid Ice Glimmer Escape from Dynamic Discs, a Gold Ice Triple Burst Claymore from Latitude 64, and an Origio Radioactive Maiden from Westside Discs. The Player's Packs include all three of these discs plus a quick dry towel and a mini.
The tournament is held at Pioneer Park DGC, an 18-hole course using 9 baskets. The back nine is played to the same baskets as the front nine, in the same order (except 17&18, 17 plays to 9's basket, and 18 plays to 8's basket), using alternate tees.
Prizes are awarded to the top finishers in various divisions, including General, Female, Junior, and Junior Female divisions. The prizes include trophy discs and gift cards for dynamicdiscs.com.
We're excited to announce that scoring for this event will be managed through the UDisc App. To ensure your scores are recorded and you're eligible for awards, please follow these steps:
1. If you already have a UDisc account, enter your UDisc Username, email address, or PDGA number during the registration process.
2. If you don't have a UDisc account, don't worry! You can create a free account, and you don't need to be a paying member of UDisc for this event. Simply enter 'NONE' during the registration process.
3. After creating your free UDisc account at udisc.com/sign-up, email us at [email redacted]. Please include your Name and either your UDisc Username, Email, or PDGA #. We'll then add you to the tournament.
Please note, if we don't receive your UDisc account information, we won't be able to record your score, and you won't be eligible for awards at the end of the event. We're looking forward to seeing you on the course!
