We are so excited to bring you another quality A-tier this year. There will be many updates coming soon, but in the meantime, expect camping, live music, vendors, and more! We can’t wait to fill you in on all the things we are cooking up.

Camping is available at Westy Acres on the Farm 9 from Thursday to Sunday for $5 per site.

Tri-State Champjonships is an A-Tier PDGA Sanctioned event. 3 rounds. 3 courses. 3 days.

EVENT FEES
The entry fee for this event varies by division.
From each entry, the following will be deducted:
- $5 to the PDGA
- $3 to bathrooms
- $8 to greens fees which pays for course upkeep
- $5 TD fee donated to support the event
- The remainder of each Pro entry will be applied directly to the cost of awards and to the payout for that division.
- The remainder of each Amateur entry will be used to cover the cost of their player pack and division awards and then applied to the payout for that division.

CAMPING
Camping is available at Westy Acres for $5. There will be a porta-potty available near the camping area. The camping area has separate vehicle access from the course and is adjacent to hole 11 of the tournament layout. The address to the camping area is available upon request.

Refund policy

Franklin County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

All refunds will adhere to the PDGA Policy in section 1.03 of the Competition Manual (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103). A fee of $10 will be applied to all refund requests as specified in the PDGA Policy.

Summary:
100% refund if withdrawn at least 30 days before the event (by Wednesday, July 30, 2025).
50% refund if withdrawn at least 15 days prior (by Thursday, August 14, 2025).
25% refund if withdrawn before 48 hours prior (by Wednesday, August 27, 20255).
No refunds for withdrawals within 48 hours of the event start.
Exception: A full refund will be given if a player's spot is filled from the waitlist.
Refunds will not be issued after registration closes.

Two ways to withdraw: There is a "Cancel / Request Refund" link in your email confirmation from DiscGolfScene.com. You can also click the "Registered Players" link in the event, where you will find an "Edit" and "Withdraw" button.
