Refund policy
TRI-FLY Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
-Tri-Fly Disc Golf will refund 100% of tournament fee (excluding Disc Golf Scene Fees) up to 1 week prior to tournament day. In the event of customized items, this time frame may be expanded.
-Refunds requested 1 week to 1 day prior to event will receive 100% of tournament fee (excluding Disc Golf Scene Fees), if there are people on the waitlist to take your place. If there is no waitlist, you will receive a partial refund and you will receive the Players Pack for that event (If there is no Players Pack, you will receive a 100% refund,(excluding Disc Golf Scene Fees).
-Day of the tournament, if you are a no-show or do not notify the TD prior to 1st tee time of the day, you will not receive any refund. You will receive a Players Pack.
