About this tournament

Hello and I hope you are preparing yourself for another great disc golf event

I am very proud and excited for you to participate in the 2020 Treeze which is dedicated to honor of one of Delaware’s most valued founding members, Richard Alan Hughes. Since the early 80’s Rich was instrumental in the creation of the Delaware Disc Golf club, assisted with the re-design of several of Delaware’s historic courses within the State Parks, a tournament director and above all an advocate for the sport within the Mid-Atlantic and Tri-State area. Rich was lost to us on March 31, 2020 and we would like to honor him, his accomplishments and the legacy that was created for all of us during this year’s 2020 Treeze tournament.
What you need to know…

I also request your patience and cooperation with these guidelines for the comfort and safety of your fellow competitors. Additionally, I will add that the Delaware State Parks have had a very busy few months with several families and new players utilizing the disc golf courses so please thank our park staff when you see them. Lastly please keep this about disc golf and not your personal views regarding the social distancing guidelines.
