Registration closes at 8pm on Friday. Any players not in the event (on the waitlist) at that time will be refunded. The field will be set at that time. Please do not come to the course as there will be no additions. Additionally, there will be no refunds offer past this time as well.

On Friday, the information for the players for the event as well as our COVID guidelines will be posted here as well as emailed. The starting hole for all players will be published as well.

First, we will be at Holly Woods as planned!

Second, due to HUGE demand, I have opened up a second event on Sunday April 11th, Black Ace Open. dgscene.com/BAO2021.

If you are on the waitlist for Tree Love Classic and do not want to wait and see if you get in, you MUST withdraw from the event & I will refund you. I do not have the ability to move you over and keep the money organized as I need it.

Of course, if you want to play both days please feel free to do so!

This will serve as your Player's Meeting for Tree Love Classic this Saturday...

First and foremost, thank you to all the players that registered so early for the event. It made it much easier to the planning of this event. I could not be running this event without the support and assistance of Disc Baron! We are happy to be a part of the Disc Baron Series. Disc Baron will be providing all the online payouts for this event via their great online store where each disc is weighed and photographed so, the disc you pick out, is the disc you get!
If you are on the still on the wait list once registration closes tonight at 8:00pm, you will be refunded. The field will be set and no additional players will be added to the field even if there last minute cancellations. Please do not report to the course.
I wanted to go over some things for the event as well as some COVID-19 policies.
If you do not feel good or have been advised to quarantine, PLEASE DO NOT PLAY. I will offer last minute refunds for this situation.
Please try to congregate in large groups and remember to maintain social distancing guidelines.
Do not touch other player’s equipment.
I will be hosting a 7:45am Questions and Answers session at the course for anyone has anything they need clarified. Please use social distancing if you are coming to this and only come if you have a question. So, there is no players meeting for the event. There is no checking in the morning for the event.

This event will be using online scoring. Please do not log into the live scoring site until you are at your hole. www.pdga.com/score Password: TLC21

There can only be 1 online scorekeeper for a round. Please wait to start online scoring until you have reached your hole and determined who will be doing it for your group. I will have paper scorecards available for people to keep additional copies of the scores for the group. Online scoring has the distance, the CTPs, and the OB for the course.

There is a 50/50 CTP and an Ace Pool Tie Breaker CTP. These are only for people that paid into the 50/50 and the Ace Pool. If there are no aces, that CTP will be the tie breaker, so everyone will have had 2 chances at it. Both of these items will be paid out via PayPal shortly after the event.

All Amateur payouts for this event will be done through Disc Baron's online score. If you are in a cashing spot, sometime on Saturday night you will be emailed a code and the amount of your winnings. All you have to do is search Disc Baron's online store and pick out what you want. Pro Payouts will be done via PayPal.

We are raffling off a Chainstar Lite tomorrow. If you did no buy a ticket, you may buy one tomorrow. Additionally, we have a Zucu cart that we are raffling. These tickets were not pre-sold. We accept cash or PayPal.

All CTPs on the course are for both rounds. If you end on a hole with a CTP please bring it in with you.

Lastly, with the outdoor limits for a gathering currently being 200+ people, please feel free to have a caddy (remembering you are responsible for their actions per PDGA rules) or spectactors.
