6 teams are preferred, but will work with 4, 6, 7 or 8. If you are the 5th team to sign-up, please have another team sign-up with you. 5 teams will not work.

Deadline to sign-up is October 27th - Must Pre-Register.

You must pay to secure your spot.
Your team may lose it's spot if it does not prepay and another team on the waiting list does before you.

Any team short a player at the event, can have someone else arrive same day, as long as they fit division requirements. Otherwise, they will take a 0 for each matchup.

Entry is $25 per person
Optional: $6 Ace Pool, Long Putts, CTPs
$5 Fee for Non-Members

Chucker Loot: Can be redeemed at any NWDC hosted event or league, towards discs, towels, apparel, etc. May be combined with previous/future winnings.
