CDGC presents: Toys Fur Tots. We will be accepting donations in the form of donated toys for Toys for Tots and donated pet supplies for Palmetto Paws Animal Rescue.
Toys For Tots donations will be accepted at Foundation Disc Golf Charleston through 12/15 at 1PM (the day before the tournament).
Donations for Palmetto Paws can be dropped off at tournament central on 12/16.
Toys For Tots Donation Guidelines:
New and Unwrapped: Please ensure that toys are brand new and in their original packaging.
Age Range: We accept toys suitable for children aged 0-16.
Safety First: Avoid toys that promote violence or are potential safety hazards.
No Plush Toys: Due to hygiene concerns, we're unable to accept plush toys this year.

We will also collect monetary donations for PPAR so if you are looking to donate cash please reach out to Taylor Baynard directly or you can PayPal the club and please put “PPAR donation” in the memo/comment area.
Anyone who donates an item for Toys for Tots or Palmetto Paws will be entered into a drawing that will be held on 12/16 and 1 person will win a Discraft bag, hat, and 3 misprint discs. Everyone is eligible for up to 2 entries (Toys for Tots donation-1 and Palmetto Paws donation-1). You do not have to play in the tournament to be eligible!
Format:
This will be a single round flex start sanctioned event. You can choose your tee time when registering. All cards must have at least 3 players; any cards with less than 3 people will be moved to the next available tee time that is not filled. Players must check in at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time. No player’s meeting day of.
This is a “True Amateur” event. The true spirit of organized amateur athletics is competing in a sport purely for the love of that sport and the act of competition itself. A trophy will be presented to the top finisher of each amateur division rather than a payout in merchandise.

Things to be aware of while at North Charleston Wannamaker County Park:
1. The disc golf course cannot be closed for the event and must remain open for public use during the tournament. Please respect the patrons that might be onsite that are not playing in the tournament.
2. The park opens at 8AM.
3. Alcohol is not permitted on the disc golf course.
4. The gate entrance fee is $2 per person and is not covered through the tournament registration cost. You will be given a receipt when you go through the gate. If you leave and come back without the receipt you will be charged again.
