PAYOUT
*This is a TROPHY ONLY Event for AM’s
There will be no awards ceremony so players can leave after their rounds.
Trophies will be mailed to players.
1st-3rd place in every division PRO & AM with 3 or more players will receive a trophy
PRO's - You will be paid out VIA PayPal within 48 hours of the completion of the tournament.
TIES
First place ties will be broken by sudden death play off.
Second and Third place ties will be broken with a throw off.
PRO's - You will be paid out VIA PayPal within 48 hours of the completion of the tournament.
VENDOR
ParkIt disc golf store will be on site selling a wide variety of discs.
FOOD TRUCKS
There will be 2 food trucks on site for your convenience at lunch with great food! We will have a taco truck and a BBQ truck.
WAITLIST
The waitlist is a Non-refundable $5 fee. If you are promoted off of the waitlist you have 12 hours to submit the remainder of your entry payment or you will be removed and we will move on to the next player waiting on the list.
EVENT PARTICIPANT COVID-19 WAIVER
"I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Wildlife Meadow Open, Kevin Harris, Smoky Mountain Discs, Tournament Staff and the PDGA (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event." less
