I’d like to take a moment and thank our event sponsors. Important Updates
All divisions will play Hole 8 from the short pad at Dillon.
All divisions will play hole 9 from the long pad at Hazel.
I’ll have the vend at Hazel in the morning. If you beat me there, please do not park by the boat ramp or the wood posts by it. We will move it to Dillon for round 2. Do not park in the circle drive at Dillon. It’s the only place I can park the vend at either location. Awards will be at Dillon after round 2.

Hole assignments
Your card assignment can be found at after 7pm this evening. If your hole assignment doesn’t show up, log out of the pdga website and back in. It should be to the left of our name. Your card is subject to change at the TD’s discretion. We can’t take requests, your card is your card. Please double check 15 minutes before tee off that your card hasn’t changed. It’s rare but happens. After the round is complete EVERY player is required to check off their score. I will be enforcing rule 808F. Please, sign off on your card and submit it at the end of your round. We will be using digital for this event at www.pdga.com/score and your event password is Tournament

Your Tournament shirt will be at Hazel. I’ll be set up and ready at 8am. We have a variety of shirts we made custom for this event. They are first come first serve. There are more than enough events shirts for everyone, however each style has a limited number.

Stop by before Round 1. If you miss picking up your player pack, you will have to wait until after awards to get them. I pride myself on a streamline awards and payout system and won’t have time to stop to get you your shirt. Please, pick it up prior or be willing to wait.

We will not have water throughout the course. We will have it at Tournament central at both courses. Please be sure to grab some.

Our vend is near completion. We have a few small tweaks as we try to evolve with an ever changing climate with manufacturers. Our pricing is not on most discs. Changing every few months as manufacturers adjust pricing is a process we’re trying to do away with. So, you can find prices posted on black and gold signs throughout the vend on the upper shelf face.

Bags are not allowed in our vend. You’ll notice security cameras at our setup. I don’t like having to run them. I’m sure you probably don’t like being on them. We have dealt with an extreme amount of theft and have to mitigate it. Please, don’t smoke in or near the vend either.

Dillon Paths and beyond, creeks and beyond, pond are all OB.

Hole 1 – Path to the left on or beyond is OB. Pond is OB
Hole 2 – Path to the left on or beyond is OB. Pond is OB. Creek beyond in or beyond is OB.
Hole 3 – Creek and beyond is OB
Hole 4 – Creek and beyond is OB
Hole 5 – All private property is OB. It’s clearly marked by fences. This is critical. DO NOT retrieve discs from yards. We will do our best to return them. Please trust me on this. The path on or beyond is OB.
Hole 6 – Pond is OB. Walking path beyond is OB

Hole 8 – We are playing short pad here. The new Mando rules need revised and we will not play mandos until it’s resolved. Thus, long pad isn’t functional as it sits without a mando.
Hole 9 – Walking path on or beyond OB. Pond OB
Hole 10 - Walking Path, parking lot and creek in or beyond OB.
Hole 11 – Creek in and beyond ob
Hole 13 Path on right on or beyond OB. Creek in or beyond OB

Hazel-

In river and beyond is OB. That’s the short version. Hole order is 2 to 2.5 to 3 and then regular order. Hole 2.5 is marked. The river could come into play on holes 2.5, 3,4,6-11. All divisions will be playing hole 9 long pad at Hazel to all yellow baskets.

Tournament is a tournament. Sometimes a name doesn't matter. Sometimes the event is all about you competing and having a fun day with new friends and old friends. 1 Round at Hazel Landing and 1 round at Dillon. This event will fill fast. We will have a waitlist but that's always a coin toss if you're able to get in or not. We are capping this event at 76 players.

Your entry covers your shirt and pdga fees while still leaving a healthy payout.

Layout

All divisions will play odd short even long at Dillon and all short pads at Hazel.

Starting course is Hazel.

Awards and payout will be at Dillon

We are starting production of your custom shirt March 1st. From March 1st until March 23rd you are eligible for a partial refund less the cost of your shirt and shipping. I'd love to refund the entire amount but custom shirts can't be returned to the manufacturer.

After March 23rd we can only do a partial refund if your spot fills. We will not attempt to fill your spot after March 30th, logistically it's near impossible. No shows will not receive any form of refund per pdga guidelines.
