As the tournament nears, we will be providing more and more updates about changes to this year. Here are some very notable changes.
No players meeting prior the rounds – We will be having a Facebook live virtual player meeting on Wednesday evening (June 16th). Most of the important information will be during that meeting so please tune in on the event page. We still want you to check in with your course TD prior to each round, but there will not be a player meeting at the course. We ask that after you check in, go straight to your starting hole and practice there.
No awards ceremony – We will not be having an award ceremony. We will post scores and payouts after we get all of the final scores in and totaled. We ask that local players wait to spend their winnings so that out of town players can cash out and get on the road. If you are from out of town, we can also mail you your winnings. Just message us with what you are looking for and we will take pictures of what we have and send you the items you want. We will send pros their payouts electronically.
Digital player book – There will not be a physical player book this year. The player book will be posted online on the event page with all the Out of Bounds (OB) and sponsor information. We will have printed copies of OBs at each course if you would like a copy. We ask that you download the digital player book and save it to your phone.

Refund policy
There is a $10 processing fee for all refunds. If the event is full, you will ONLY receive a refund if your spot is filled. There will be no refunds 72 hours prior to the event unless event is cancelled or rescheduled. Titan Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
All refunds will be processed though Disc Golf Scene and will be refunded to account that was used to pay for registration.
