There is no player’s meeting. This letter will work as your meeting. If you have any questions, please feel free to come ask them.

This event is one round of 18 holes.

Players may tee off anytime between 4pm-7pm (players playing long must tee off by 6:30pm). Players must play in groups of no less than 3 and no more than 5. Players may choose their groups or may be requested to be placed into a group. Players that request to be placed into a group will be assigned a group when they check in.

OBs & Mandos:
- On or over any pavement or sidewalk is considered OB
- Hole 1: On or over sidewalk is OB (Painted Line)
- Hole 2: Water on left of hole is OB
- Hole 3: Water behind basket is OB
- Hole 4: Water on left is OB
- Hole 5: Water on left is OB
- Hole 7: Water on left of fairway and behind basket is OB
- Hole 11: Paved Parking Lot is OB (gravel lot is In bounds)
- Hole 12: On or over road is OB, water is casual for the hole
- Hole 14: Water in front of pad and behind basket is OB
- Hole 15: Water is casual
- Hole 16: Pond on right side is OB
- Hole 17: On or over road is OB, pond is OB
- Hole 18: On or over road is OB. The line behind the basket is OB. If OB, proceed to drop zone with a one stroke penalty.

The player pack will be one GLD Limited Edition Disc (roughly worth $20)

Am payouts will be provided by Great Lakes Disc
Pros and the 50/50 winners payouts will be sent via paypal.
All payouts will be sent out no later than 11:59 pm the following Monday.

Great Lakes Disc is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

All refunds will be assessed a $10 handling fee.
