• We urge all to help us keep everybody healthy and safe. If you are staying overnight at the camp, please test yourself for COVID before arriving. As much as we want you here, if you feel sick it’s best that you don’t come.

• We request each team to bring a unique prize to be given away in the Spirit Awards after the Throwdown team tournament. We will have CTP prizes for each roster position and prizes for some Spirited categories.

• We urge you to bring a gently-used beginner-friendly putter or midrange that we will donate to a needy organization.

• Raffle tickets to benefit Educational Disc Golf Experience (EDGE) programs in Pennsylvania will be sold when you check in and throughout Saturday. The winner to get prizes worth over $400 – including a ZUCA cart, Grip G-series bag, Catrina Allen/Gannon Buhr signed disc, and some other cool things. Tickets are $5/1 $10/3 $20/8. Bring your disc golf money!

• We are also running a silent auction during the Hoedown that will benefit EDGE and PFD featuring many rare, collectible, and totally cool items. The auction will run from 4pm to 8pm on Saturday. Winners can pay with Venmo, PayPal, or cash.

REGISTRATION ADVICE -- THROWDOWN HOEDOWN DG SYMPOSIUM

The registration process should take less than 10 minutes, including using a separate browser window to complete the required YMCA Camp Kon-O-Kwee Waiver. Here are our Top 3 advisories to, we hope, make your getting into the event as smooth as possible:

1. Know your Throwdown team name and your roster position on that team.

2. The YMCA Camp Kon-O-Kwee waiver is required before you can proceed with the registration, so OPEN A SEPARATE BROWSER WINDOW to paste the waiver link from Disc Golf Scene into. If you don’t use a separate browser window, you may lose the registration information you previously entered.

3. Choose the roster spot that you play for your team, and select “Choose a different spot” for your team’s other roster spots.
