Jason in 2008 was diagnosed with Stage 3 CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) Regular check ups has been Jason's way of life since. In 2014 Jason's kidney function started to deteriorate even further and his kidney diagnosis has went from stage 3 CKD to ESRD ( End Stage Renal Disease). Jason is trying to raise his little girl Lindsay and his medical costs per month are between $600.00- $800.00 per month which make it hard to raise his daughter and pay other bills. I am asking the disc golf community to come together and raise money for Jason to help him deal with his medical issue. So please, show up and support Jason and his daughter.
